ROCKWOOL ROCKFALL SYSTEM

The Rockfall Warm Pitched Roof Insulation system provides an effective means of insulating the roof space at rafter level, and in a Mansard application allows a flat warm roof to be continued through to the pitched roof area.

The system is adaptable to almost any pitched roof configuration and has been specifically produced for industrial, commercial and domestic projects.

TYVEK SUPRO BREATHER MEMBRANE

Product Description:

Tyvek® Supro ia an extremely durable and flexible sheet material, for use as roofing underlay in pitched roof construction. it can be incorporated into all tiled or slated pitched roofs, whether they be new-build or refurbishment projects. As a secondary water sheddding layer Tyvek®membrane will provide a barrier to minimise the wind load acting on the slates and tiles and will adequately resist wind blown snow and dust from entering the roof construction.

Tyvek® membranes are suitable for use as roofing underlays as defined in BS 5534: Code of practice for slating and tiling. Tyvek® membranes are also suitable for use in metal clad industrial roofs.

MANTHORPE LOFT DOORS

GL270F Square Drop Down Fire Rated Loft Access Doors: is designed to be flush fit to the ceiling and to fit between 600mm centre trusses. All fire doors are fitted with a catch lock supplied with a "T" key. A version with a euro cylinder lock can also be supplied (GL271F).The fire door range is fully insulated with a mineral fibre fire retardant insulation to achieve a fire rating of 1 Hour. The G270F and G271F are both Part L compliant. Note: Trimmed opening need to be lined with plasterboard in fire rated applications

SUPERQUILT

SuperQuilt is a very flexible, easy to fit, multi-layer insulation that offers tremendous thermal benefits. Tests have shown that Super Quilt provides insulation equal to 270 mm of glass wool when installed in a pitched roof situation. Super Quilt now has full certification with Local Authority Building Control.

CELOTEX GA BOARD

Rigid polyisocyanurate foam board with glass fibre, manufactured using zero ozone depletion (ODP) blowing agents warming potential (GWP) and low emissivity aluminium foli facings on both sides.

Reaction to fire: euroclass D/S2/dO; surface spread of flame to BS 476: part 7: class 1: external roof exposure to BS 476: part 3: ext. FAA Declared thermal conductivity: 0.023 Wmk Typical uses: multi-purpose insulation for floors, walls and roofs.

ROCKWOOL RWA45 SLAB

Rockwool’s Rigid, Semi-rigid and Flexible Slabs are high quality resin bonded Rockwool Slabs that can be used for thermal, acoustic and fire insulation. They are manufactured in a variety of thicknesses and densities to suit most requirements.
